We’re located in the heart of Old Town El Segundo, and offer the experience of simple elegance and serve up what we refer to as American fare with flair.  A true “Mom & Pop” operation, the Bistro was opened and is operated by Scott and Liz Reed, former high-school sweethearts, in August of 2003.  Immediately recognized by Zagat, Second City has been highly rated and included in their famous survey every year since opening.
